Gardening and time in nature can bring a range of benefits.

We are super excited to be creating a new ‘Cultivating Wellbeing’ app, in partnership with Thrive, which will allow individuals to develop their own gardening and nature-based plan.

Thrive, the gardening for health charity, champion social and therapeutic horticulture (STH) to support people's physical and mental health, communication and thinking skills. Using gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of people living with disabilities or ill health, or who are isolated, disadvantaged or vulnerable.

We are collaborating with Thrive to expand their support with this new digital service, Cultivating Wellbeing.

At the heart of the app is an interactive personal calendar, along with bespoke suggestions for different activities to try incorporating into your daily life.

By creating and taking ownership of their own plan, we hope the app will help users embed healthier behaviours and in turn improve their health and wellbeing.
